About the Role

Can you orchestrate production planning that keeps an airline fleet safe, compliant and performing at its best?

We are looking for a professional to oversee the Production Planning function and shift-based planning teams supporting Aircraft Maintenance. 

This role ensures the development of safe, compliant and cost-effective production schedules that enable world class fleet reliability and uninterrupted 24/7 operations. 

You will supervise planners, enforce planning procedures and standards, and optimise work programmes.

You will oversee the preparation of detailed work scopes, analyse special tasks, manage maintenance project timelines and collaborate closely with Engineering and Maintenance to ensure safe and compliant fleet deployment. 

Building strong stakeholder interfaces, you will drive data driven decision making, optimise supplier performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The role also includes supporting audit preparation, reinforcing governance standards and maintaining safety and airworthiness in full compliance with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) regulations and company procedures.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a planning professional who can balance operational readiness, regulatory discipline and cost control while driving continuous improvement and performance excellence.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years in aviation maintenance or a planning role.

You are expected to have proven experience in aircraft maintenance production planning, modifications, upgrade programs and project management.
